About Us

Parental Care Ministries exists to help poor and orphaned children of Uganda by meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in Christian schools. We also equip 70+ pastors to spread the Gospel throughout Uganda and surrounding countries.

Parental Care Ministries is the Father’s love in action by supporting children and pastors in southwest Uganda.

PCM USA partners with Pastor Emmanuel Nnyanzi and his wife Sarah to provide for the needy, comfort the hurting, and proclaim the Good News to the multitudes. Pastor Emmy and Supermom, as she is affectionally called in Uganda, oversee over 1,800 children in several schools throughout Southwest Uganda. They also equip and mentor a network of 70+ pastors that spread the Gospel and plant churches throughout the area. PCM is spreading the love of Jesus and helping the Ugandan people through self-sustaining farm land and banana plantations, providing access to clean water, building schools to educate and churches to disciple the people. In addition to that we are healing the sick through our Kate Clinic, caring for orphaned and abandoned babies at the Omwana “Baby” House and launching a radio station to share the love of Jesus throughout Southwest Uganda.

PCM Motto

Parental Care Ministries has 3 goals to fulfill the work that God has called us to do:

P is Provide – We are to provide for people whom God loves both spiritually and physically.

  • Isaiah 58:7 “God says share your bread with the hungry.”

C is for Comfort – Our goal is to comfort and encourage God’s children.

  • 2 Cor 1:3-4 states for “For I am the Father who comforts you in all your afflictions.” We are called to come alongside those around the world who need comfort, encouragement, and edification. We are to build up the Body of Christ.

M is for Must Proclaim – We must proclaim the Good News.

  • Mark 13:10 states “and the Good News must be proclaimed to all the nations.” We desire to share the Good News that Jesus saves, heals and delivers.

We look forward to fulfilling these goals wherever the Lord leads us in our future ministry efforts. We see our mission as to meet the physical, educational, and spiritual needs of God’s children in order that they may be equipped to carry the “Good News” throughout the world.
